Overview

Bluejuice Events were proud to produce the opening of “The Place” precinct at Warrawong Plaza. We successfully delivered the corporate VIP event during the day and backed it up with a public event in the evening. The VIP and local community leaders event saw 100 people come together to have a tour of the new restaurants in the place and taste their food offerings. Guests also observed the Welcome to Country by Aunty Beverly, the official ribbon cutting by Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery AM and the engaging singing performance by the Warrawong Primary School Choir.

In the evening, the Bluejuice team coordinated an event that welcomed the community to the new dining precinct. Starting with roving entertainment and involving local musicians including the Warrawong High School Drummers, Macedonian Dancers and children’s act The Beanies, the stage was filled with local acts that highlighted Warrawong’s diverse community and local culture. The event was a huge success with over 20,000 visiting Warrawong Plaza on the event day. The Bluejuice team provided our key services of registration management, client liaison, stage production, photography management, catering requirements, entertainment sourcing and booking, securing suppliers including furniture, AV, web streaming and overall community liaison for both events.
